Shipping and Return Policy
1. Purchased items will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
2. Delivery companies will only deliver to the address provided at checkout and none other.
3. If you are unreachable at the time of delivery and the package can not be successfully received on your behalf at the address provided, packages will be returned to Head Office and fresh delivery charges will be issued for a repeat delivery effort.
4. Due to the current COVID-19 crisis shipping may be delayed a few days so please be patient.

3. Products like body butter may arrive melted. This is fine, all you have to do is pop your body butter in the fridge and it will set right back.
